There's a free pick up and drop off point in the Mid-Term Car Park where there's a shuttle bus into the main airport but it's currently not running. But you can walk as it's only takes 10 minutes to get there! The benefit, if you're the one dropping off loved ones, is that it's free for 15 minutes so it doesn't need to cost the earth to help your friends and family out.
Alternatively, if you want the closest drop off point to the terminal, head to the Drop off/ Pick up areas, just a 5 minute walk to or from Departures at Luton. The only catch is, it costs £5 for the first 10 minutes and £1 per minute, so don't get caught out! Take a look at the Airport Parking Shop.
